Milana Vayntrub, best known for playing the lovable AT&T spokesperson Lily Adams, has found an unconventional yet powerful way to support wildfire relief efforts. By sharing what she describes as “playful and tastefully bold” photos, the actress has successfully raised more than $500,000 for people affected by devastating wildfires.
The This Is Us actress shared the milestone on Instagram on Monday, December 8, telling followers, “Together, we’ve raised over half a million dollars this year. Now it’s time to turn this into something even bigger, weirder, and more impactful — with more creators joining in.”

Alongside a carousel of photos, Vayntrub opened up about the inspiration behind her project Only Philanthropy, a clever twist on the subscription platform OnlyFans. She explained that after witnessing the destruction caused by the Los Angeles wildfires earlier this year, she realized that many victims urgently needed financial support.
“I kept thinking about how badly people needed cash,” she wrote. “So I wondered if we could try something absurd together — something fun — to help those affected.” Her idea was simple but bold: offer exclusive photos in exchange for donations.
The first campaign focused on helping Bridget Bradley, a single mother of three, including a son living with cerebral palsy. The response was overwhelming. In just four days, supporters donated $170,000, which helped replace essential medical equipment, clothing, a vehicle, and secure a full year of housing. This stability allowed her son to safely return to in-home medical care.
Encouraged by the success, Vayntrub launched a second fundraiser that brought in an additional $350,000 within one week. The funds were donated to My Tribe Rise, a grassroots organization based in Altadena that assists elderly, disabled, and underinsured wildfire survivors as they rebuild their lives.
According to the Only Philanthropy website, the initiative’s mission is to create real-world change by combining generosity with creativity. The platform raises money for urgent causes by offering supporters exclusive content that’s lighthearted, slightly flirtatious, and driven by genuine compassion.
